Reviews and Ratings
I had a really good stay at the hotel, with a very warm room that was immaculately clean, a comfortable bed, and a lovely en suite shower. The kitchen directly underneath didn't bother me at all, and the view overlooking the back of the hotel was nice. The staff were friendly and credit to the hotel, even though communication among them was a bit disorganised. The location was ideal, right in the middle of the beautiful Callander, with essential shops nearby and easy access to key attractions in the area. The dining experience was good overall, with freshly cooked evening meals, but there were some cut backs due to new ownership.
The hotel offers cosy, warm, and clean rooms but can be a bit small with noise from the surroundings. The service is friendly and approachable with thoughtful gestures for guests. The location is excellent, right in the town center surrounded by artisan shops. The dining experience is top-notch with exceptional breakfast options. The hotel provides valuable amenities and facilities.
The hotel was nice, but the rooms felt small, especially when we had luggage with us. On the positive side, the rooms were fantastic, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds and water & tea/coffee facilities. The service was warm and friendly, and the location was great for exploring the area. However, the dining experience was mixed. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable—I loved the bed so much that I joked I had to roll over three times to fall off it! The tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The only downside was that the room felt a bit narrow, but overall, it was well-prepared, and I had a great experience.
